About Me

Hi, I’m Brooke Eberle (she/her), a clinical social worker (MSW, CSWA) with a background in education, movement, and community advocacy. My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by lived experience, including navigating neurodivergence, healing from trauma, and building resilience through connection.

I work to offer a space that feels steady, supportive, and genuinely human. My approach combines care and directness, allowing for in-depth exploration while also creating space for humor and hope.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in schools, nonprofits, and community-based programs focused on restorative justice, food sovereignty, and embodied healing. These experiences continue to inform my commitment to equity, inclusion, and holistic care. I’m especially passionate about creating affirming spaces for LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodivergent clients, and those navigating marginalization or systemic barriers.

Outside of sessions, I’m an outdoor enthusiast, often trail running, skiing, or climbing. I’m passionate about expanding access and belonging in nature and mental health spaces alike.

Therapeutic Approach
I believe therapy is a space where people can reconnect with their voice, values, and inner capacity for change. I approach this work with humility, curiosity, and deep respect for your autonomy.

My style is relational and collaborative. I show up authentically and invite clients to do the same, whether we’re unpacking patterns, navigating a transition, or just working through a tough week. I strive to create a space that feels safe enough to go deep, with room for complexity, emotion, and openness.

I work with teens and adults navigating:
• Anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm
• Trauma and PTSD
• Autism and ADHD
• Identity exploration and life transitions
• LGBTQIA+ experiences
• Neurodivergence and masking
• Grief, relational challenges, and systemic stress

Modalities and Focus Areas
I integrate a range of approaches tailored to each individual, including:
• Narrative therapy
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
• Mindfulness-based practices
• Trauma-informed care
• Restorative and strengths-based frameworks
